MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The main purpose of the role is to lead the internal and external communication for Collège du Léman. This involves crafting engaging and relevant communication to current parents ensuring an integrated approach of all the applications used. Another key pillar of the role is communication to prospective families via PR activities targeted to increase brand awareness and relevancy to drive enquiries via authentic, heart and mind-opening messaging.

NB: This role is an absence cover for a limited period of time (60%-80%).

Key Responsibilities

  • Finetune and implement communication calendar adapted to parent’s needs and school event calendar
  • Develop the communication itself including text and images in Mailchimp and in the CDL News Apps both in English and in French
  • Align with Principals, and Senior Leadership Team and support the assistants in the school sections to finalize their respective communication
  • Supervise and implement communication on school screens
  • Drive brand awareness through local advertising, PR outreach, and print activities bringing to life our educational approach in an authentic way
  • Manage projects in partnerships with the PR/media agency, align on strategy to reach most relevant target
  • Coordinate the creation of articles, print and advertorial visuals, featuring real stories and relevant examples, quotes from teachers/principals, student and parent testimonials.
