Support the maintenance of a Compliance Management System (CMS), mainly in the areas of becoming compliant, staying compliant, creating assurance, and being a companion for the various stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the stakeholders in becoming compliant with new or changed regulation
• Oversight of the process to become compliant, support in impact assessments of such regulations and drafting policy documents, processes and procedures.
• Monitor the current level of compliance and detect the need to improve existing processes and procedures to increase the level and definition of relevant controls.
• Contribute to meaningful compliance reports for the senior management and the board of directors.
• Join the stakeholders on their compliance journey by providing advice and stakeholder-specific trainings, contributing to projects.

Your profile:

• University or similar degree
• Previous compliance experience
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem solving
• Experienced in stakeholder management
• Audit experience as an asset
• Fluent in English, good command in German or French is a plus
