To support our clients Digital Marketing Tools Team we are looking for a motivated person for the role as a: Content Management Specialist 100%
As a member of the Marketing Communications department your mission will be to succeed in bringing to completion a variety of CMS (Content Management System), PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) related projects, including full control over the digital assets lifecycle (new assets, updates or deletion) and technical product specifications enhancements. The aim of these tools is to support our clients website content generation (documents, texts, images ...). In this role, you will closely work with digital content designers, web developers, sales tools administrators, product managers and key users/stakeholders, as well as external consultants.

Your Responsibilities:
Coordinates and is involved in the entire lifecycle of CMS (Content Management System), PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) related tasks from the preparation until the project/activity closing.
Is responsible for good CMS (PIM / DAM) tasks execution in line with schedule and scope.
Acts as a digital content (assets) and product information (technical specifications) management specialist, understanding the business logic and the processes behind these Digital Platforms.

Functie-eisen

Technical Degree (IT, Marketing or Engineering related field)
Proven record managing content (assets, product information data)
experience as content asset/product information management specialist (junior position)
Ideally, with previous technical knowledge of any PIM tool
Fluent level (oral and written) in English
proactive, target driven hands-on attitude, solution finder
Strong results orientation and rigorous work style with a structured mindset
