Calling AWS data engineers!

Our client, a major international organisation based in Geneva with a global presence, is looking for an AWS Data Engineer to work on large-scale enterprise projects and solutions.
Working within a team of developers and architects, you will design, build, operationalise and support large scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of AWS data and analytics services.

With a proven track record working on AWS, you will have experience of working with Lambda, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB and Snowflake. You will design and build production data pipelines using AWS native services. Experience of designing and building CI/CD pipelines is essential.

With a good experience of DevOps methodologies and practices, you will have excellent Python and SQL skills.

Knowledge of other AWS and pipeline technologies such as Kinesis Firehose, Cloudformation, Liquibase and Sagemaker would be a strong advantage.

As well as solid technical skills, you will be an excellent communicator used to collaborating remotely and at ease with technical and business teams alike.
Excellent English language skills both written and spoken are expected.

This position will be remote and candidates will need to be based in Central European Time zone.
