About the role

Takeda’s Neuchatel Capex Project Management team(part of Engineering) is looking for a new colleague to join our amazing Team.

This is a 12 month initial contract in a newly created role. There will be a possibility for an extension or a permanent contract.

In this role, you will have great flexibility in terms of on-site VS remote work. (at least 50% remote).

How You Will Contribute

Contract Management responsibilities
  • You will act as the main Contract management contact for Procurement activities (i.e. Capex & Opex) .
  • You will be responsible for contract to purchase activity, and support the contract approval including signatory and archiving.
  • Will initiate, contract, request, and interact with the relevant stakeholders to complete the contract in accordance with current Legal procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external partners.
  • Act as the SMI for Contract policies and processes.
Stakeholder Management Responsibilities
  • Provide training and guidance to the Business (primarily the Engineering team) in regard to Takeda policies and procedures.
  • Will coordinate various activities with stakeholders to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the terms and regulations, and identify the need for amendments to existing contracts
What You Bring To Takeda
  • A CFC or Bachelor level of qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contracting (negotiations and completion) as well CAPEX activities.
Proven work experience in a similar role/
  • Work experience with multiple suppliers/clients. Experience in an international environment and matrix organization experience will be highly appreciated.
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Ability to provide complex support to operational leaders (locally and globally).
  • Strong knowledge (written and verbal) in English and French.
  • Excellent knowledge © software and other business systems (Contract Management System, Ariba, etc)
