Come to help us shape the future of our Contracts Knowledge!You WillDelivering the right advice to our Underwriters is at the core of what we do. Within the Contracts function, the Contracts Centre is globally responsible for institutionalising all our knowledge around Contracts. This includes ensuring we have the right suite of trainings both for Underwriters and Contracts Experts, consolidating and organizing content around key topics, or clarifying our global advice on emerging topics. In this role, you are a crucial driver in making sure that the Global Risks we are facing are easily understood by our community.
  • Apply your reinsurance experience and influencing/communication skills to the development of Contracts Knowledge
  • Chair our Knowledge Management Committee (regional expert forum to align globally on new trending topics, newly drafted clauses, or key content topics for the team)
  • Plan, Organize & Develop Content for Trainings, including coordination not only with the Contracts Team but also with other functions such as Underwriting
  • Coordinate /provide content for client events
  • Ensure easy access to our content (through our sharepoint or through other databases)
  • Prepare materials to communicate our advice broadly (updates for the P&C Quarterly, slides on Renewal Messaging, etc)
  • Contribute to our technology transformation journey by supporting the enhancement of our contract management IT infrastructure
About You
  • Experience in re/insurance, either as a lawyer/attorney or related experience such as underwriting or claims handling role
  • Experience in leading and organizing projects/trainings requiring coordination of many stakeholders
  • Influencing skills and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently and in an impactful manner with internal and external partners
  • Experience in producing materials and using tools such as Powerpoint, Sharepoint for broad communications to diverse audiences
  • A good understanding of P&C products and local re/insurance markets
  • Attention to detail and a real interest in the use of contractual language
  • Proactive- and pragmatic mentality, strong solution orientation and empathy (ability to collaborate effectively with team members, express leadership, supporting your views and ideas while being open to different opinions)
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of personal responsibility and accountability, while also building cooperative relationships with partners
  • Digital contracting capabilities, data analytical capabilities are a plus
  • Proficiency in English is a must!
