Contract – Project Manager - (w/m/x)

Your Role and Responsibilities
Contract – Project Manager for the RUBY OIO (Open Infrastructure Offering) contract in the financing sector in Switzerland. Responsible for all contract related activities.

• Responsible for implementing and comply with OIO Process
• Keeping the contract up-to date with Contract Changes
• Create, writing and managing Ruby Order Letters
• Managing the financing internally and externally
• Leading and instructing the Project Management Office for Ruby
• Responsible for customer educations in US and CH
• Leading the weekly Contract Management meeting (internal) and the weekly Client Meetings
• Responsible for creation of ICA’s (Inter Company Agreements)
• Participating on internal and customer meetings
• Supporting other internal departments for OIO related activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Project Manager, Contracting and / or Financing skills
• Good understanding of the IBM internal tools
• Doing attitude and Creative Problem solver
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English
• Contractual language writing skills
• Good legal terms understanding
• Team player, communication skills
• Flexible, honest, and open for new challenges

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Very good command of excel, good knowledge of IBM processes
