Conversational AI Solution Architect (Pre-sales)

What you’re going to do

Are you committed to delivering cutting-edge conversational AI solutions that transform the way organizations interact with their customers? We are seeking a talented and motivated Solution Architect (Pre-sales) to join our strong and growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our conversational AI solutions. As an architect, you will be the technical adviser for our clients by analyzing their needs and recommending the most appropriate solution. You’ll work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and help close deals. Furthermore, you will closely accompany the implementation phase.

At Adnovum, you will work with our interdisciplinary teams on various high-level agile projects. As Conversational AI Solution Architect (Pre-sales), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Technical advisory for our clients and architecture design of conversational AI solutions that address customer requirements, considering aspects such as integration, scalability performance, user experience, and security
• Supporting bid activitiesby taking over the technical aspects of our proposals, including solution design and cost estimation; ensuring demonstrations and PoC implementations
• Advising and supporting the project teams during project realization
• Maintaining a deep understanding of conversational AI technologies and maintaining the technical relationship with our product partners
• Being an ambassador by participating in various events such as webinars and conferences

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (ETH/university of applied sciences/university) in Computer Science
• Hands-on attitude
• Significant experience in advising and implementing digital solutions in an enterprise context
• Significant expertise in AI, application development, cloud solutions, integration, process automation
• Experience as consultant and/or in the implementation of conversational AI solutions is a plus
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills in German, business fluent in English
