Your role

The Digital Communications & Growth team of UBS Switzerland is constantly looking for talents. This role is part of the Marketing & Digital Sales Center of Excellence, which is responsible for all marketing & digital sales activities for UBS Switzerland. The Digital Communications & Growth team is responsible for all Content & Dialogue Marketing, organic Social Media, SEO and Growth Marketing activities for UBS Switzerland. In addition, the team covers all central client and digital communication in Switzerland with regards to the UBS and Credit Suisse integration program.
Limited contract until 31.12.2025

Your responsibilities:
  • As a UX copywriting specialist for Digital Communications, you will be part of the Integration Client Communication team within Marketing & Digital Sales at UBS Switzerland.
  • You will work closely with digital marketing experts, interaction and service designers, content producers of all disciplines, product teams, localization experts and researchers.
  • Develop copy for a variety of use cases, including UI components on web and mobile, web content, and help text.
  • Support the integration client communication team in producing copy for all kinds of marketing channels; online and offline.
  • Develop client-centered copy based on research insights and client feedback along the defined client journey designs.
  • Collaborate in an agile product development environment – short design sprints, rapid prototyping, and frequent user testing.
  • Enable localization by writing with multilingual products in mind, provide translators with information they need to bring the user experience to all regions in Switzerland.
  • Use consumer behavioral and conversion optimization principles to create text that is engaging and convincing.

Your team

You’ll be working in the “Integration Client Communication” team in our Zurich Europaallee office. We take care of all central client communication in Switzerland with regards to the UBS and Credit Suisse integration program. The team is interdisciplinary, collaborative and highly committed to deliver an excellent client experiences in all integration related touchpoints

Your expertise

  • 5+ years of writing experience with an extensive portfolio showcasing your skills
  • deep experience with UX writing either for product-related or help content
  • experience in creative copywriting for a variety of channels
  • experience in working with user research and using client feedback as a source for writing
  • equally comfortable thinking about big concepts and writing microcopy
  • at ease working in a design team
  • a communicative and proactive personality
  • comfortable in a highly dynamic environment
  • ideally work experience in agile structures
  • a native German speaker who is comfortable working in an international and interdisciplinary team
