As aCorporate Contributions Program Manager, you will design, plan and implement our corporate donations programs and partnerships both on a global and home community level in line with our corporate giving framework. You will make sure our impactful programs are communicated inside and outside the organization in a compelling manner. Based on your proven expertise in shaping and managing global corporate giving programs from end-to-end, you will make sure that our engagement is thoughtful and that it supports positioning Nestlé internally and externally as an engaged corporate citizen.

A Day in the Life of a Corporate Contributions Program Manager

  • Design global corporate giving programs per impact area with global partner organizations, focusing on operations management and impact creation.
  • Communicate and align the global program with corporate giving counterparts in the organization, defining priority markets.
  • Define and implement contributions impact measurement and reporting mechanisms, design robust quarterly tracking system focused on continuous improvement.
  • Develop and oversee corporate giving policies/vetting/guidelines/budgets to drive impact and alignment.
  • Drive content and process of the Nestlé Corporate Contributions Council including creation of content, defining, and aligning agenda items, ensuring implementation of decisions resulting from Council discussions.
  • Drive end-to-end contributions engagement process including grant request management, decision making, response and documentation.
  • Create external communications related to corporate giving: website, activity reports, infographics, social media material, etc.

What Will Make You Successful
  • University degree with at least 7 years of working experience in philanthropy, communications, ESG or equivalent
  • Strong self-drive, prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with can-do attitude and team player with excellent social and intercultural skills
  • Good understanding of global philanthropy scene and stakeholder environment
  • Fluent in French or German or English, with strong verbal and writing skills in the other languages
