As a Corporate Engagement Specialist, you will oversee the organization of engagement projects related to sponsorships and donations. In this role you will support the planning and flawless execution of corporate events involving high-level internal and external stakeholders. With a high level of attention to detail and your “can-do” attitude, you will make sure that our engagement is thoughtful and that it supports positioning Nestlé internally and externally as an engaged corporate citizen.

A Day in the Life of a Corporate Engagement Specialist

  • Design, plan and coordinate local engagement projects and programs related to sponsorships and donations
  • Respond to incoming grant seeking requests in a diligent and thoughtful manner
  • Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution of events in collaboration with other teams
  • Create internal and external material in relation to events including digital support
  • Be a company ambassador in contributions-related events in the local community
  • Support the Corporate Events team in high-level stakeholder events

What Will Make You Successful
  • At least 5 years working experience in communications, philanthropic project management, events planning or equivalent
  • Strong self-drive, prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with can-do attitude
  • Team player with excellent social and intercultural skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, etc.
  • Good understanding of local and cantonal associative tissue and stakeholder environment and willingness to engage in it
  • Fluent in French or German or English, with strong verbal and writing skills in the other languages
