With approximately 3000 employees and various locations and factories, we are looking for a Country HR Manager for Switzerland to strengthen our Swiss HR organization. The role holder will be part of the Swiss Leadership team and will directly report to the Country Managing Director DACH.Responsibilities- Partners with the Country Managing Director and other senior leaders to facilitate an efficient overall HR service delivery as well as compliant people practices and policies in Switzerland
- Drives collaboration within the HR Function , creating a strong team spirit and engagement
- Ensures effective internal communication to all stakeholder-groups Drives our diversity 360 strategy and ensures a diverse and inclusive working environment Acts as a country
- Labor Relations Manager and ensures strong labor and key stakeholder relations internally and externally Safeguards that the latest legislation requirements are covered in Hitachi Energy regulations within the country and in the respective branches
- Is a partner for COEs and HRBPs contributing with a country view, promoting fair decision-making and considering overall impact in the country
- Facilitates the understanding of the HR Operating Model across HR and other functions Represents Hitachi Energy in the local Swiss environment and actively manages partnerships
- Supports and promotes cross-unit talent activities to ensure strong talent pipeline Negotiates and agrees on all statutory types of compensation and benefits related changes
- Several years as Country HR, Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent experience ideally within a fast-paced global organization
- Excellent business understanding, negotiation and influencing skills as well as change management
- Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Knowledge and expertise related to Swiss HR policies, processes and practices of Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Global Mobility Strong business/ labor market understanding
- Assertiveness, interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders with employees at all levels of the organization
- Leadership without authority
- Credibility and recognition of ethical behaviors Fluency in German and English, French and/or Italian would be beneficial
