Are you interested about influencing people’s life at home in Switzerland?

We are searching for a curious and an enthusiastic Country Shop Design leader, who will be responsible for :

- influence and coach Shop Design coworkers to innovate inspiring and relevant range presentation in retail spaces, making the customer journey an experience and thereby contributing to positioning IKEA.

• Use visual merchandising competence to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity by working with store layout, range presentation and vitality in the store
- utilize the knowledge of consumer buying behavior in local market to meet new and future consumer demands

- deliver a multi-channel experience that adds value to the many people and inspires a home furnishing movement.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
We are looking for someone who has:

• Passion for home furnishing, retail, scenography, shop and space design and people’s life@home
• Degree in Interior Design, Space Design, Architecture or similar
• Passion for working in a team environment in a collaborative way.
• Customer focused mindset in an omnichannel environment

• Strong ability to create inspiring up to date shop design solutions with bold scenography, display and merchandising techniques

• Strong ability to communicate and share creative ideas, concepts and solutions
• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD software (Revit)
• Fluent English, plus basic knowledge in French, German or Italian
