As a Global CRM Campaign Design Intern, you will support the Global CRM Campaign team and markets in their mission to create and launch unique and impactful global CRM campaigns for Nespresso. You will overview the project from beginning to the end as you will focus on a combination of strategy, creativity, and commercial tasks.

A Day in the life of a Global CRM Campaign Design Intern
  • Develop activation guidebooks for campaign execution within the markets, but also always-on toolkits to support full-funnel brand communications and commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with our creative agency partners and HQ teams to follow the progress of toolkits development, ensuring stakeholders’ feedback has been accounted for
  • Analyze campaign performance post-activation to evaluate success and to ensure future guidance is based on learnings and data
  • Gather & analyze market inputs and best practices to build a best-case library
  • Manage the internal SharePoint, keeping updated with market best cases, CRM trends and inspirational examples from other brands
  • Build a repository of assets that can be reused in future activations
  • Manage market CRM campaign calendar ensuring it is always up to date

What Will Make You Successful
  • Studies in Business, Management, Marketing or other-related field
  • Previous CRM experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized and excellent time management
  • Positive attitude
  • Fluent in English
