With our web solutions, which we develop for companies in the solar and heating industry, we

contribute to an efficient energy transition. Our team is growing and we are looking for dedicated new team members to support our mission immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

Your tasks as a Customer Support Specialist:
  • On-boarding: Setup and configuration of new customers on our platform
  • Customer contact: First point of contact for customers with product-related questions via various communication channels (1st level support)
  • Problem solving: Independent processing of customer inquiries and preparation for further processing by 2nd or 3rdlevel support
  • Communication: Preparation of product and customer information, support in product and application training
  • Expertise: Maintenance and updating of databases
  • Responsibility: Project management of small to medium customization projects for customers
  • Idea generator: Smart new features are created from your insights into customer needs
Requirements

What we expect from you:
  • You have experience in software support and/ or customer service or a commercial apprenticeship
  • You put the customer first
  • You have a high technical affinity and you are comfortable with new software solutions
  • You like to work independently and you are reliable
  • You are motivated and committed to contribute to our mission
  • You have a good to very good knowledge of English and French, good knowledge of German is an advantage
