We’re looking for a Data Analyst to:
  • ensure platform stability, smooth business operations and fast as well precise support for our portfolio managers and investment process teams
  • analyze large number of data to ensure accuracy of our tools in productive and testing environment
  • manage incidents, monitor data quality, perform data clean up and support our internal clients
  • automatize workflows and build tailor made solutions for our users
  • support us in our digitalization journey

Your team

You’ll be working in the discretionary mandates team in the UBS Wealth Management COO Organization. We’re responsible for the platforms and processes underpinning the value proposition of our discretionary and advisory mandate solutions. As a product manager working seamlessly together with many other parts of our business, you’ll help ensure that our offering reaches every client in the simplest, quickest and most impactful way.

Your expertise

  • ideally experienced in using query languages like SQL and data analytics languages such as Python or R
  • knowledge of investment management / discretionary mandate business (e.g. CFA, CIIA, FRM, IPMA, CBAP) is an advantage.
  • methodical, concise and accurate work style, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze product risk and regulatory issues
  • collaborative team member with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiar with business analysis and solution design/ development in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • fluent in English and preferably also in German
