Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

  • You support our team with carrying out M&A and corporate finance transactions and you work together with international teams and different experts.
  • You help with the elaboration of business plans, financial models, company evaluations, presentations and sales documents.
  • You support us with carrying out company, market and industry analyses.
  • You develop your technical and soft skills with on- and off-the-job-trainings and are supported by your coach.
  • You get the chance to build your own network, work in an interesting and flexible work environment and get to know our internal possibilities to develop your career.

Your profile

  • You have a master’s degree in business administration, science, technology, engineering and mathematics or finance and accounting.
  • You already have first work experience (e.g. through internships), ideally in the area of corporate finance / M&A, consulting or investment banking.
  • You have good communication skills and you are fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
  • You are a team player and have a sense of humour and a "can do" attitude.
  • You like to solve complex problems and bring in your own experiences and ideas.
