For our Direct Sales team in Zurich, we are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to join us immediately or by appointment as Direct Sales Associate.

Your tasks
  • Owning the sales process by lead/prospect telephone acquisition from CRM
  • Supporting new clients during the account opening process
  • Training of new customers in the use of our trading platforms
  • Participating in our customer seminars and events
  • Contributing with your unique sales personality to the structured sales processes
and marketing campaigns
Your Profile :
  • Ambitious, strong sales professional: performance-oriented, proactive, dynamic, resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • High interest in trading and the financial markets, banking background advantageous
  • Willingness to continuously develop and expand knowledge of financial markets and products (FX, CFDs ETFs, equities, FX options and futures)
  • High customer service orientation
  • Hands-on, efficient and structured way of working with a high degree of self-organization
  • Distinct team skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and writing), additionally business French is advantageous
