Your field of responsibility


As an Investment Consultant you are responsible for advising a wealthy private clients on investing and trading across asset classes. You have regular client contact, providing ideas, market intelligence and portfolio management services. Furthermore, you join Relationship Managers to physical client meetings and take the driving seat on investment related topics. In addition to the servicing clients, you also take an active role in the selection and promotion of investment solutions for the Private Banking APAC organization.

Your skills and experience


In order to succeed in this demanding role, you offer the following experience:

  • University degree (Bachelor, Master or MBA)
  • Professional degree such as CFA, CAIA an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, preferably as an investment advisor or sales trader
  • Thorough understanding of financial instruments across major asset classes
  • Passion for capital markets and an eagerness to discuss and share views
  • Proactive and trustworthy personality with a high level of client orientation
  • Solid IT user skills, in particular Excel. Knowledge of Bloomberg or any programming language an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin. Knowledge in other Asian Languages an advantage.
