In this position you are a responsible for the entire flow of products in our global supply chain.TasksWarehousing- Work together with 3PL partners to make sure smooth daily operations on site, drive key processes clarification and standardization
- Overall management of daily operational tasks (i.e. inbound, outbound, management of stocks in all warehouse locations); check, review and approve all invoices related to logistics and operations
- Define and monitor KPIs (financial/non-financial) to ensure operation according to SOPs; analyze for potential opportunities (e.g. warehouse space utilization, inventory levels) and take action to reap those opportunities
- Lead quarterly business review meetings with 3PL partner and drive continuous improvement and support in strategic projects; find ways to constantly improve processes, procedures and efficiencies
- Ensure fulfillment (D2C / B2B) is in time and compliant with tax, customs and legal requirements
- Maintain records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes
- Manage and keep track of all logistics issues and liaise directly with our 3PL partners
- Monitor KPIs (financial/non-financial) to ensure operation according to SOPs
- Ensure fulfilment (D2C / B2B) is in time and compliant with tax, customs and legal requirements
- At least 4-6 years relevant operations experience, relevant. ideally within a Start-up- / E-Commerce- / FMCG business with a global operating model and 3PL partnership model
- Flair for IT and experience with MS BC 365, logistics systems and EDI
- Experience in working with or within a 3PL organization
- You are both a planner and a do-er. While you manage your time and energy based on a plan, you know how to be flexible and make things happen when opportunities call for it.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in German and English required.
