Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) based on the OECD’s Common Reporting Standard (CRS), the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and its Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA1 and IGA2) or TRACE (Treaty Relief and Compliance Enhancement), financial institutions are facing the major challenge of having to fulfill the tax authorities’ constantly changing requirements concerning reporting standards. This often requires modifications in electronic
data and reports. To address this demanding challenge, we have developed FiTAX, a standard software solution for financial institutions to generate tax reports for tax authorities around the world. The reporting software fulfills the requirements of the CRS, FATCA and the Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA), QI, QDD, TRACE and DAC6/MDR regimes .

Aufgaben

As (Junior) Product Consultant (m/w/d) you are part of our Advisory
Services Team who is responsible for the successful implementation and operation of our solution by our clients. You interact with various customers from all around the world.

In this position, you :
  • advise clients on tax reporting (FATCA, QI, CRS, DAC6, TRACE) using our product to successfully fulfill reporting obligations
  • assist our clients in the production of their reporting and train them
  • support and guide clients as a SPOC on a regular operational basis
  • lead or participate in FiTAX Implementation Projects with new or existing client
  • provide support for sales activities
  • build a trusted relationship to our clients in order to facilitate marketing and up/cross sell FITAX modules
Qualifikation

  • Successful completion of a diploma, bachelor’s or master’s program
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to interact with clients on a daily basis
  • Willingness to learn about our solution FiTAX and the regimes it covers
  • Good German and English language skills and the willingness to handle the daily business in both languages
  • Ability to travel for short duration (1-2 days) representing at most 10% of the work time
