Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) based on the OECD’s Common Reporting Standard (CRS), the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and its Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA1 and IGA2) or TRACE (Treaty Relief and Compliance Enhancement), financial institutions are facing the major challenge of having to fulfill the tax authorities’ constantly changing requirements concerning reporting standards. This often requires modifications in electronic
data and reports. To address this demanding challenge, we have developed FiTAX, a standard software solution for financial institutions to generate tax reports for tax authorities around the world. The reporting software fulfills the requirements of the CRS, FATCA and the Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA), QI, QDD, TRACE and DAC6/MDR regimes .

Tasks

As a Product Consultant (m/f/d), you will be part of our international and agile FiTAX team responsible for the accuracy and quality of our tax reporting solution, covering the U.S. QI, U.S. FATCA and OECD CRS regimes.

  • As a part of our team, you will contribute to the analysis of tax
regulation and make sure our reporting software remains accurate and up to date with recent changes.
  • In collaboration with your colleagues, you analyze regulatory updates.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and rules of certain areas of the application.
  • You support the client facing team in addressing client requests
  • You provide support for sales activities.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the software development team.
  • You will learn, apply and define agile processes.
  • You will integrate a multicultural team located in several locations across Europe and Asia.
Requirements

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of law (ideally LLM), tax or other relevant field.
  • Proven experience in Operational Tax (QI/TRACE) and/or Exchange of information (FATCA/CRS).
  • An experience in KYC and/or AML would be an asset.
  • Ability to convert complex tax topics into simple user stories
understandable by our software development team.
  • Interpersonal skills and presence to discuss complex tax topics with our customers.
  • Very good communication skills in English, French would be a plus.
