Student Sales & Marketing, Partnering Business 20 – 30%

(Internship / Bachelor or Master degree / working student)


What you will do

During this internship, you will work with the Sales & Marketing team within Partnering Business (PB) division as a team member focused on one or more assignments that addresses a current business need/priority. The project will provide you with an opportunity to apply business acumen and the experience of addressing a real-time business need. At the conclusion of the project you will be presenting formal business recommendations to our management teams.


Responsibilities will include

  • Support sales, customer and portfolio teams in market research
  • Analyze and interpret market reports
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis
  • Create maintainable market insight database
  • Provide analytical reports in presentable and maintainable format

What you bring along

  • Currently enrolled in an Post Graduate degree in Business Management/Marketing Management/ General Management or an MBA program
  • University degree (BA or MA) in Life Sciences
  • Work experience in In Vitro Diagnostics, Life Sciences or Health Care industry is preferred
  • Experience in one or more of the following: sales/marketing, international work, consulting is a strong plus
  • Excellent English skills is a must, German or any other language would be beneficial
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact well with all levels of management
  • Proven analytical, quantitative and project management skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
