Within our team, we promote transparency, courage, and authenticity, always keeping in mind that great ideas are only relevant if followed by strong execution.The PositionIn this position, you will be Accountable for creating and driving the vision and strategy for the digital transformation in Novo Nordisk International Operations that will enable achieving business goals, driving commercial leaders in digital transformation and ensure that their need for digital products and services are supported. You will be Responsible for building and leading the Digital Innovation network across International Operations including affiliates, regions, business unit and global functions.In This Exiting Position, You Will Be

• Defining the future-focused digital innovation by curating, reviewing, and recommending digital Innovations as well as Leading and steering Digital Committees to build a blueprint that will prioritise opportunities
• You will be a change ambassador, that will Coach and guide commercial leaders in digital trends and innovation
• You will proactively explore Digital opportunities in the market and bring back the right opportunities that are aligned to the Business needs as well as Managing established prototypes and pilots of relevant digital offerings
• Leading the International Operations Digital Community knowledge sharing and facilitate an Involving and constructive dialogue with Senior stakeholders and other teams across all functions

Has a proven track record in driving new agendas and strategies on the highest levels, as well as superior stakeholder management skills.Furthermore,

• You would have years of experience in translating business requirements into solutions as a Product Owner
• Master’s degree in innovation, business development, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Impeccable communication skills and the ability to motivate people
• English language fluency
