We are looking for a Digital Marketing and CRM Assistant to join our growth and development agency with headquarters in Zurich. As part of the role you will lead the growth of the what. brand across all channels (SEO, podcasts, events, email, PR, blogging, personal branding and more). You will be key to delivering excellent lead generation programs and you will provide a first class client onboarding and client retention experience.

Tasks
  • Website management (SEO improvements, new content)
  • Manage Growth Hacking Meetup (screening of startups, event promotion and communication)
  • Mastering CRM (Pipedrive) - improvements, automation workflow, data quality improvements
  • Monitoring the incoming enquiries, allocating them to the right person and supporting the customer onboarding process;
  • Answering client’s queries, providing support when possible
  • Supporting AM & Partners with offers and sales tasks
  • Improving marketing and sales processes
  • Personal branding and PR campaigns for the team members and featured projects (e.g. getting interview opportunities, content opportunities)
  • Project management - to ensure marketing work gets done, including own time and task management
The role has a lot of scope for growth and the above list is likely to be expanded as the brand continues to grow.

Requirements

You are an ideal candidate if:
  • Digital marketing experience (deep knowledge of at least one digital marketing channel, e.g. SEO, Email, PR, branding)
  • Doer attitude
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the broader context of business
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in sales
  • Active listening skills
  • Growth mindset
  • Language skills: Native German speaker or fluent business German (C1) an advantage, English (fluent), all additional languages a plus
