Company Overview:

The aim of the Sustainability Management School (SUMAS) is to provide best-in-class sustainability management education. SUMAS is a business school based totally on sustainability and it is the first of its kind. SUMAS was the first business school in the world to launch the BBA and MBA in Sustainability Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Managing internal processes and external providers in the areas of digital communication

including SEO, Digital Marketing Campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, PPC, etc.), track,

report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns

· Designing, monitoring, building and maintaining our social media presence

· Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the

insights

· Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

· Managing alumni digital marketing strategy and implementation

· Monitoring the production of all graphic design, videos and ensuring compliance and

consistency with the SUMAS brand

· Continuously increasing quality and quantity of student leads through digital marketing

activities

· Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance

· Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry & evaluating

emerging technologies

· Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target

audience

Requirements:

· Have a valid Swiss work permit

· English native speaker or equivalent

· 2+ years working within the field of digital marketing

· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

· Well organized and detail-oriented

· Experience using a CRM software

· Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

· Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
