Who you are

You are an analytical and creative thinker, solution driven and solid capacity to deliver and execute complex programs/projects with a problem-solving aptitude as well as customer oriented mindset. You are able to handle multiple tasks; have well-developed project management skills, hold the ability to work from strategy to execution. In addition you enjoy acting as influential leader able to drive collaboration, with prior experience to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with teams both cross functionally and across geographies.

What you’ll do

  • You define the marketing strategy, positioning, key messages and market planning framework for the global product alongside the local country product owner.
  • You collaborate with the central product team, including the Content lead and Engineering Lead to provide input and feedback to the product development plan to maximise user acquisition and retention of users.
  • Create a product deployment package ensuring the product is fully integrated into the local country overall marketing and communication strategy such as, but not limited to; presence in key congresses, integration into global product brands plans and local go-to-market models, digital marketing strategy and field force engagement.
  • You communicate, educate and train internal stakeholders. Ensure right level of adoption and usage of the capabilities created. Continuous improvement of product growth strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Education : Master’s degree, MBA desirable

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Digital: Successful track record in senior marketing and digital roles

  • 5+ years of experience in Pharma industry

  • You have provided Leadership training, experience in creating marketing strategies and campaigns as well in large scale digital program implementation

  • You have proven experience in driving product adoption within multiple countries, international experience or previously in a global marketing role

  • Good written, oral, presentation and communication skills in English

  • Fluent in English, French and German highly desired


Additional Information


The Digital Product Lead is responsible for both product planning and product marketing of BiogenLinc, a Customer Engagement Product for Healthcare professionals. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver a winning product. It also includes working with different areas of the business including commercial, marketing and medical to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will act as leader of the Product Owners, driving user engagement and adoption of the product.
