In this challenging and exciting job, you will be responsible for leading the downstream operations for Cartier Spare parts & Leather Straps (Customer Service activities), in a context of accelerated supply chain & customer service transformation.


Manage the Distribution Planning process
  • Size markets target stock level, and ensure the automatic distribution of spare parts and leather straps
  • Define the assortment, tool and safety stock levels of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide based on consumptions and sales
  • Maintain and adapt the automatic replenishment parameters to ensure a steady replenishment to the markets and avoid local shortages.
  • Optimize logistics execution in collaboration with the central logistic teams.
  • Be proactive and communicate effectively with different partners (Regions & Markets, Planning Planners, Marketing Services Team)


Supervise the Administrative Specialist activities
  • Manage the downstream portfolio
  • Deliver the best support to our regions & markets (in-time and qualitative answers, complete compliance with existing processes)

Team management
You will manage the Distribution Planning team and the Administrative Specialist team (7 people).


Transformation program
The Cartier supply chain team has initiated a major transformation program, which encompasses the way we distribute our products.
As Distribution Planning Manager, you will be a major contributor to this transformation program by:
  • Challenging the statu quo, and rethinking the distribution planning processes
  • Integrate new tools (ex. Anaplan) in our Operations environment
  • Design and implement specific Dashboard with Powerful and modern tool (PowerBI/Looker) in order to build a strong Control tower from Manufacturing to Boutiques

This transformation program is supported by our team of data scientists. Therefore you will work closely with them.



Your profile
  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of the supply chain domain, a distribution planning management experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Rigorous reasoning and accuracy with numbers
  • High level of proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI and if possible Anaplan
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to find consensus with various interlocutors
  • High level of verbal and written communication: ability to explain clearly and simply complex topics
  • First management experience a plus (team or project)
  • Complete fluency in French and English
