Document Management Engineer (m/f/d)

What to expect
  • You are the Document Management Engineer and Product Owner in a major, multi-year business and technology transformation program to replace our core insurance application systems and ensure the delivery of the integration of the ECM components as per agreed scope, budget and plan
  • You are responsible for the implementation of the digitization/paperless projects within the program
  • You are in charge for the development of overall concepts for the purpose of integrating our in- and outbound document communication solutions on our new platform
  • You are facilitating a modern creation process to re-vamp on the new platform our new documents
  • You are working with the Business Lead of the program on the timely delivery of the integrations
  • You are driving the implementation, defining and controlling the test results, and supporting the business units with user acceptance tests during the technical conception and development phase

The skills you’ll bring
  • Higher education or university degree in the field of business analysis or (business) informatics
  • 3-5 years of experience in document management (input and records management)
  • Experience in working with various third party vendors/providers (across countries)
  • Understanding of the Swiss insurance business and the competitive landscape would be a benefit
  • Outstanding team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset
