Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to develop insights and inform growth strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Optimize customer acquisition and retention channels
  • Design, execute and analyze A/B tests, cohort analysis, and user behavior experiments to improve the customer experience and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain customer journey mapping, ensuring an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, proactively identify issues and make recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to DTC growth in the automotive sector.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales, with a focus on growth marketing and customer acquisition in the automotive sector.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel customer acquisition and retention strategies, with experience in managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, and related marketing technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
