Role/Purpose/Mission

The Global E-Retail Marketing manager contributes to enhancing the saliency and desirability of La Prairie on our online retail partners - as well as its e-commerce acceleration.

Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, they develop and roll-out an online SD/VM concept scalable to all our e-retailers configurations (Websites, apps, perfumeries and chains, department stores, pure players, Tmall, Travel Retail operators) in line with our new brand identity.


In close collaboration with regional and local digital managers, they also ensure its visibility and maintenance according to La Prairie global marketing calendar.


Finally, they contribute to elevating the client experience on e-retail platforms through elevation of design and e-retailtainment activities leading to data capture.


Main Accountabilities


BRAND IDENTITY

  • Defines La Prairie e-retail personalisation concept in line with our new brand identity
  • Prioritise together with regions its roll-out
  • Ensure its implementation, leading the creation of necessary assets
  • Ensures its visibility during locally led key e-retail cooperations campaigns
  • Leads design and asset production for all new online doors opening

RETAIL EXPERIENCE

  • Elevates our presence on TMALL and e-retail partners
  • Enhances asset production (3D, interactive…) and actively analyses their performance to provide relevant optimisations in adequation with both luxury execution and business goals in collaboration with our Creative Studio
  • Closely collaborate with the regions and markets to accelerate its visual elevation and reach
  • Contributes to the acceleration of e-retailtainment concepts and implementation with a strong focus on Hainan.

Knowledge, skills and experience


  • 5 years of experience in visual design
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and activation tools
  • Excellent knowledge of retail and e-retail in a luxury environment
  • Strong understanding of China digital ecosystem
  • Affinity for Art, Architecture and luxury is a plus
