About the team you are joining

You will be joining Information & Data (I&D) Applications support team in Geneva reporting to Senior Applications Support manager. We oversee I&D operations 360° and ensure IATA applications are running smoothly and efficiently.

What your day would be like

You will be accountable for the delivery of enhancements on Scope, Budget and Time while keeping IATA quality standards.

You will also have to ensure that all business and development teams follow the IATA Enhancement process and to suggest and lead continuous improvement activities around it.

Methodology will be Agile, being Scrum the preferred one.

Main responsibilities would be:

Coordination with I&D and Business stakeholders:
Be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for receiving and handling enhancement requests.
Provide periodic feedback and reporting to enhancement requestors and stakeholders.
Follow-up on feedback and approvals from different stakeholders to keep agreed timelines.
Lead communication and coordination with business and I&D stakeholders

I&D Partner coordination:
Lead and support I&D outsourced development team and build team spirit between vendor team and IATA colleagues.
Onboard vendor team in line with IATA guidelines and processes.
Lead continuous improvement actions around the vendor team.
Manage the vendor contracts.

Budget, planning and reporting:
Setup and issue periodic planning and reporting of the pipeline of enhancements.
Align planning with key stakeholders.
Keep track of budget, cost approvals, invoices, and x-charges.

Management and coordination of the Enhancements lifecycle end to end.
Understand the software development process end to end; make sure all milestones of the process are being properly tracked and executed.
Make escalations within the required timelines.
Suggest and lead continuous improvement actions around current process.


We would love to hear from you if

Minimum 5 years professional experience as Project leader, Scrum master or similar role.
Minimum 5year of experience in Atlassian or any other similar Project management or Agile tool.
Feels comfortable managing changes of scope, priorities,
Likes to be challenged and stays calm under pressure.
Good communication skills
