  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures
  • Define, drive and document safety standards
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, risk assessments and identify potential hazards, providing recommendations for mitigation measures
  • Develop and foster EHS thinking across the global DC organization
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to DC management and DC employees on EHS matters
  • Monitor and analyze EHS performance, prepare reports and present findings to DC management
  • Conduct incident and accident investigations, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of EHS procedures, hazards and best practices
  • Drive proactive actions regarding our target of zero accidents
  • Manage EHS through all areas from production to customer service in DC
Required Qualifications
  • Technical education with degree in engineering / business administration or equivalent professional track record
  • Good language and communication skills in German and English for working in an international environment
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Readiness to travel 10%
  • Innovative, open and able to think outside of the box
Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical working experience in Environment, Health and Safety
  • Safety assistant SUVA, EKAS Safety Specialist, Occupational Safety and Health Specialist (ASGS) or equivalent
