Vacancy: ERP Business Analyst (German) (f/m/x)- We are looking for a ERP Business Analystspecialized in Business Applications speaking German for our client, an innovative company based in Zug. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. Despite the Covid-19 situation, our customer is currently looking for motivated employees (f/m/x). Your Responsibilities asERP Business Analyst (German) (f/m/x)

  • Along with the team, responsible for the delivery of complex and multi-sites migration projects involving the deployment of the pioneering proprietary Legal Software
  • Understand and define the business requirements for the Clients and be able to translate them into a defined course of actions;
  • Collaborate across the company with various stakeholder teams to ensure that the delivery is aligned business objectives, timelines and optics.

Your Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields;
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience and a proven track record as a business analyst, data analyst, consultant (or similar roles) in the information technology industry;
  • German native level is a must; fluent in English;
  • Working experience with PowerBI and advanced Excel (VBA) skills;
  • Working experience with Dynamics 365, Business Central, NAV, AX or similar ERP;
  • Previous experience in contributing to complex and multi-sites migration projects and navigating large matrixed organizations a strong plus;
  • Ability to work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality and entrepreneurship;
  • Strong willingness to learn quickly how to use the proprietary Legal Software and be able to effectively explain to the end users in a simple and effective way;
  • Effective cross-team collaboration is essential to align multiple stakeholder teams to a common vision;
  • Proven ability to manage programs end to end to deliver outcomes on time and on budget;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations;
