Within the data, analytics, and AI division at Swisscom, you design, develop and deploy AI-based flagship products and services, including innovative AI-based customer communication.

Your profile

  • 2-3 years full time experience in similar role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Swiss or International) in computer science, software engineering, data science, computational linguistics, linguistics or a similar field. Alternatively, several years of experience in above mentioned fields
  • Basic understanding of development languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Python), scripting languages and Dialogue Management Platforms (e.g. Rasa)
  • Familiarity with data science tools (e.g. Jupyter Notebook, Pytorch), version control systems (e.g. Git) and Atlassian (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)
  • Some knowledge of CICD (e.g. Jenkins, ArgoCD/Helm), Containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure) and Logging (e.g. Elastic, Kibana)
