Within the data, analytics, and AI division at Swisscom, you design, develop and deploy AI-based flagship products and services, including innovative AI-based customer communication.- Cutting-edge innovators: Collaborate with a talented team of professionals, driving the future of conversational AI technology
- Flagship project: Be instrumental in developing our state-of-the-art conversational AI platform, the heart of the data, analytics, and AI division at Swisscom
- Join a growth-focused community: Our team is one of six teams comprising over 40 passionate people dedicated to delivering top-notch conversational AI services
- Technology advancements: Utilize speech recognition, NLP technologies and large language models to revolutionize our chat bot, voice bot and customer care solutions
- 2-3 years full time experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Swiss or International) in computer science, software engineering, data science, computational linguistics, linguistics or a similar field. Alternatively, several years of experience in above mentioned fields
- Basic understanding of development languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Python), scripting languages and Dialogue Management Platforms (e.g. Rasa)
- Familiarity with data science tools (e.g. Jupyter Notebook, Pytorch), version control systems (e.g. Git) and Atlassian (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)
- Some knowledge of CICD (e.g. Jenkins, ArgoCD/Helm), Containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure) and Logging (e.g. Elastic, Kibana)
- Language skills: Very good command of spoken and written English (B2). French, German or Italian is advantageous
