Tasks
  • Build a promising team
  • Define and develop the company culture

  • Define and optimize wide-ranging and company-relevant processes
  • Work closely with d many different teams from the company
  • Identify and setting up meaningful KPI’s
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar field
  • Define, develop and setup sustainable company-wide processes
  • Successful management of teams
  • Passion to realize the potential in individuals
  • German and English at a professional level
  • communicative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Open-minded and engaging personality
