Do you want to be part of an emerging global SaaS-company that is taking off like a rocket? In the newly created position as VP Finance, you will be part of the leadership team and drive the entire Finance organization. With your strong communication skills and your visionary mindset, you will scale the existing Finance structure and ensure the high growth and global expansion.

Aufgaben

• Head and develop the entire Finance organization including external accounting firm, FP&A, legal and compliance
• As part of the leadership team, the VP Finance participate actively in every strategic decision taken in the company. The VP Finance is an active sparring partner to the founders
• Professionalize and scale the existing Finance structure further and ensure KPI-driven planning and reporting throughout the entire organization, everything in order to ensure and prepare the high growth as planned
• Representing Finance in board meetings and in front of shareholders and other stakeholders
• The VP Finance is the financial and due diligence aspects of future finance rounds and is the financial face of the company for new investors
• Owning the Finance unit on a global scale, including Switzerland, USA and any future subsidiaries
  

Qualifikation

• Track record in a similar role, preferably scaling companies
• Extensive knowledge around raising capital, integrating acquisitions, and overseeing financial strategy & operations for high-growth companies
• High affinity to technology and software companies
• Experience in typical SAAS metrics and proven mastering of establishing such financial Plans
• Strong analytical thinking paired with hands-on mentality and ownership
• Empathetic leadership personality and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English language, German as advantage
• Enjoy working in fast-growing teams with a start-up atmosphere
• Valid Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport
