Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic, diverse team within the Swiss Onshore market of J.P Morgan’s EMEA Private Banking business. We are actively looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident and motivated.

A high level of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail is a must, as well as keeping deadlines and following up on all projects and tasks.

This is an important role supporting Investment Team Leader and their team, collaborating with other assistants and embracing ever changing environment while respecting internal procedures and requirements.

Successful candidate will perform secretarial duties requiring precision, a strong work ethic and common sense.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to Investors and wider integrated team, where appropriate
  • Maintaining complex, dynamic and detailed calendar
  • Screening incoming calls
  • Coordinating both internal and external meetings
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Acting as subject matter expert for policies and procedures
  • Leading and coordinating on ad hoc projects

Requirements:
  • Self-motivated, effective, flexible and proactive with the ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Fast learner, with can do attitude.
  • Good at setting priorities and finding solutions.
  • Can demonstrate anticipation and ownership within the role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Self-starter, organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Able to work both independently and as a team player
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
  • Building relationships across lines of business
  • Sound administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Fluent in English and French
