Description

  • Under the direction of the CEO you will act as a key figure in managing extensive operative support and coordination activities for the Board of Directors
  • In this central role you will be part of a small team and closely collaborate with the Board of the International Group
  • You will make significant contributions to this fast-growing organization and be able to build high-level professional connections
  • You will be in regular contact with international investors and law firms, entrepreneurs, governments around the globe as well as the international press
  • Managing Business Partner Relationships with international stakeholders (investors, reinsurance companies, law firms, media companies)
  • Handling bookkeeping and managing the invoicing process
  • Maintaining records for Bill pay and Payroll software platforms
  • Manage schedules, calendars, meetings (physical and digital) and conference calls over different time zones
  • Preparing, formatting and proofreading various documents and presentations for the Board
  • Take part in occasional international business travels with the CEO to meet various stakeholders

Profile

  • Profound experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant in an international environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with great orientation to detail
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Competency in project and process flows
  • Interested in learning new technical skills as well as on the subject of Special Economic Zones
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, all other languages are an asset
  • Proficient with MS Office
