To complete our External Manufacturing & Procurement department, we are recruiting an External Manufacturing Specialistbased at our headquarters and production site in Geneva. Reporting to the External Manufacturing Lead and working in close collaboration with Quality, Logistics and Customer Operations teams, your mission is to ensure operational management of finished product and raw material flows related to external manufacturing partners (CMOs).


Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Analyze CMOs orders and stocks to ensure products availability
  • Establish the production plan for our CMOs and create the purchase orders
  • Follow up production and delivery activities with our CMOs
  • Coordinating internally the product release in due time
  • Guarantee master data update and ensure that all the parameters in the ERP are correctly defined for the MRP calculation
  • Perform material consumption reconciliations
  • Support the organization continuous improvements
  • Tracking the KPIs within the scope
  • Participate in S&OP meetings

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain, or equivalent educational background
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain (inbound and outbound logistics, planning), preferably in within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • At ease with using an ERP (X3 Sage knowledge is an asset)
