In your role as Facility Coordinator, you will contribute andprovide administrative support to the Facility and HR team related to facilities operational coordination.


Your responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate meetings
  • Minutes taking and filing
  • Administrative coordination of Facility Management (procurement, contracts, external services)
  • PO and invoice management
  • Coordination and cooperation with departments at the site
  • Support and participation in small moves
  • Project coordination
Your profile
  • CFC, degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility coordination or office management mandatory
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, ERP)
  • Understanding of budgeting and planning
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Service-minded, resourceful, action-oriented with a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proactive and independent
  • Discretion, trustworthiness
  • Fluent in English and French
