To support our robust growth and the launch of new systems, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (all genders) for the Process Solutions unit of the Life Sciences division.

Process Solutions provide products, services, and solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries to develop drugs and therapeutic products.

Your role

As a member of the Process Solutions Field Service Team, you provide technical support to our customers based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle Est, and Africa) region. In your role, you are a strategic partner for our customers throughout the entire life cycle of our systems.

Both individually and as part of a team, you work on innovative projects for the commercialization of new products that improve patients’ lives. Overseeing the qualification (FAT, SAT, and IQ/OQ), installation, start-up, and preventive maintenance of Bioprocessing portfolio equipment is within your purview.

Working frequently in a GMP environment, you apply procedures and document interventions in accordance with Good Document Practices (GDP). As part of a continuous improvement process, your responsibilities also involve advocating for the Voice of internal and external customers to ensure client satisfaction.

Regular communication is maintained with our Global Field Service team, the Sales department, and all departments within our Group (Quality, R&D, Marketing, etc.).

Position based in Switzerland. Frequent travels(at least 75%) within Switzerland and the EMEA region.

Your qualification

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Possess the ability to read and comprehend technical documentation, including P&ID, Mechanical, and Electrical Diagrams.
  • Demonstrate successful experience in qualifying/maintaining/installing filtration systems or similar equipment.
  • Exhibit a customer-oriented approach
  • Embrace teamwork and collaboration
  • Aspire to gain technical expertise across a broad spectrum of equipment and technologies
  • Experience in the IT field will be a plus: Windows Network, Windows Server, Active Directory & Domain Controller
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages, particularly French and German, is a valuable asset
