Janssen Business Services (JBS) belongs to the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. JBS is a global organization located in Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, United States of America, Singapore and Switzerland.

Within JBS, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures.

We are a team of all-round finance professionals with special focus on technical finance capabilities, centers of excellence, campus support services and strategic business partnering.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities

• Prepare independently recurring accounting entries

• Identify executional improvement initiatives and apply technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes

• Proactively facilitate improvements and standardization across Swiss JBS sites

• Business partner with internal customers to increase value brought by JBS

• Identify executional improvement initiatives and apply technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes

• Integrate and promote a strong compliance environment within the existing SOX/J&J framework

• Drive and participate in JBS projects

• 
  Bachelor or commercial degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

• 3+ years’ experience in a Finance position

• Strong technical, analytical, and social skills

• Business fluency in English (oral & written)

• Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of SAP & digital tools (Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus

• Distinct communication skills and ability to partner effectively with business

• Strong commitment to business ethics and Credo values
