  • Assess investments requests for boutiques in our regions?
  • Support the targeted departments for the day-to-day follow-up of financial operations?

If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as aFinancial Controller.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


Network Performance

  • Consolidate all investments requests for boutiques (internal & external).
  • Prepare assessments for all boutique investment requests.
  • Analyse monthly deviation on CAPEX vs monthly rolling forecast.
  • Maintain the database for benchmark.
  • Anaplan MRF input for CAPEX adjustments.

HQ Controlling

  • Prepare internal order for HQ investments in SAP and manage investment request flow.
  • Refresh & prepare monthly reports on CAPEX & OPEX for HQ.
  • Analyse monthly deviation on CAPEX & OPEX vs monthly rolling forecast for HQ.
  • Prepare BU template for data collection with the departments.
  • Perform Monthly Rolling Forecast input in ANAPLAN reporting system.

Pricing

  • Backup for pricing input (World Price, RSP)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in finance/management/controlling gained within multinational company.
  • Fast and quick thinker with good analytical skills and at ease to work cross functionally.
  • Fluency in spoken and written in French and English.
  • Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Structured, reliable, and diligent, demonstrating attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Excel has no secret for you and knowledge of SAP is a great plus.
