• Participate to the Compliance Plan achievement within the Financial Crime area|Be part of a human-sized team of qualified professionals in FCC and Compliance
  

• Process-stage: Account opening and Periodic reviews
• Scope: High-risk clients and PEPs ; High risk transactions
• Controlling and assessing higher-risk transactions including sanctions-related transactions
• Analysing with a risk-based approach (reputational, regulatory risks)
• Preparation of assessment to the attention of the top management
• Handling AML investigations including supporting MLRO function
• Acting as dedicated contact for the Front and external providers concerning Anti-Financial Crime matters
• Supporting the Front in the fight agains money-laundering
• Ensuring continuous Compliance with the applicable regulations (MLA, MLO, CDB and internal directives)
  

• Graduated from a University degree in Law or equivalent
• CAS Compliance is an asset
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with a strong Compliance background in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss banking regulations (AML, CDB, OFAC lists)
• Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
• German, Arabic or Russian would be an asset
• IT-litteracy
• You are proactive, flexible, autonomous, team-player and solutions-oriented
• Strong analytical mindset
• Efficient communicator to connect with your partners with rigor and pragmatism
