This is a temporary position - 6 months

What will you do - Responsibilities:
Proactively and efficiently support Flagship Brands VP as well as M&S Global Innovation & Initiatives VP with administrative duties to ensure business continuity

Provide assistance to the entire team on administrative tasks i.e. meeting organization, travel arrangements

Organization support of Team Building, Off-site Meetings and Workshops

Consolidation of Meeting Agenda for Monthly/Quarterly Team Meetings

Agency T&E controlling and processing (MEVIUS)

Ad-hoc request from management team members

Admin support to non-French speaking team members - to a limited extent incl. reasonable private requests (e.g. translation of French documents, etc.)

Concur Power User role to provide support to M&S brand groups

Assisting departure/arrival of team members (e.g. ITSR, Concur induction, etc.)

Preparing/monitoring purchase orders and good receipts for M&S Overheads

Creating/maintaining various mailing lists and shared folders

Office supplies management

Who are we looking for:
Ideally 2 years of experience within a similar position.

Experience from working in an international environment is preferable.

Fluent in English (oral and written).

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.

Experience in using SAP is preferable.

Basic financial skills.

Precise and attentive to details.

Strong communication skills and proactive, problem-solving attitude- service orientation.
