Position Summary

As a Food Safety Specialist with expertise in Quality Systems Management, you will maintain the Nestlé Quality System. In this position. you will be the Food safety leader for NSTC site.

A Day in the Life of a Food Safety Specialist with expertise in Quality Systems Management

  • Maintain and promote the Nestlé Management System certifications (ISO 9001:2015 and FSCC)
  • Responsible of the positive release of the local trials through IT tool (NesTMS)
  • Develop and maintain competences and quality awareness, and commitment to zero defect in the site
  • Assist other departments and provides them with services necessary to ensure food safety and compliance in their fields
  • Ensure that quality system is in place, is efficient and obtains expected results. Manage and follow-up Internal and External Audit programs
  • Monitor NMS for opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defect. Contribute to the management review. Manage the CAPA process
  • Support in case of demand the crisis committee for all product-related crises and incidents
  • Be an actor of for the development and implementation of the quality culture
What will make you successful

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Food Sciences, Food technology, microbiology or chemistry
  • Strong previous operational experience in a factory or in a R&D environment
  • Previous experience in implementation/maintenance of a Quality System (ISO 9001, ISO 22 000, FSCC
  • Fluent in English and French
