IntroductionOn behalf of an international company based near Lausanne, we are searching for anHR Assistant 100%

Part of a team of 3 HR Assistants

Description De La Mission
  • You are in charge of the full employee life cycle (employment agreements, work certificates, departure letters and other correspondance)
  • You maintain und update employee records
  • You support and coordinate recruitment processes (posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling job interviews)
  • You coordinate work permit requests an relocation process for new employees coming from abroad
  • You coordinate on-boarding processes for new employees and off-boarding for leaving employees
  • You are the first point of contact for the assigned population and respond to HR related inquiries
  • You manage accident / sick leave insurance claims and follow-up with insurances companies
  • You assist payroll team by preparing monthly datas
  • You act as super-user for time management system
  • You participate to various HR projects
Profil Attendu
  • At least 2 years HR administrative or Administrative experience within an international environment
  • Fluent in French and good command of English (min. B2)
  • Diploma of "Certificat d’assistant-e en gestion du personnel" is a strong asset
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
  • Fully at ease with digital tools
  • Strong customer service mindset, pragmatic and action-oriented, team player
