In order to expand our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for aIT Business Analyst who is experienced with messaging and payments.The mission is for one of our clients, a prestigiousprivate bank in Geneva,in the process of transformation.

Your mission:

The main role of the IT Business Analyst is to be the main interface between the technology and specific business areas, identifying business requirements and working with project teams, and ensuring that schedules and budgets are met.

Your responsibilities:

• Defining functional specifications and evaluating criteria for business solutions based on the requirements of the subject matter experts;
• Defining a needby its description but also by its limits;
• Breaking down a solution into independent blocks in order to be able to implement them independently;
• Being the referent of the business needs of the internal clientsand ensuring the definition and validation of its conformity;
• Describing the tests needed to validate the functionalitiesof a solution and to generate the documentation.

Your profile and your skills:

• You justify at least 5 years of similar experience in the Swiss Private Banking Wealth Management domain;
• You have a strong knowledge of interbank messaging (Swift, Sepa), Bottomline applications (GTExchange, GTFrame, and GTMatch) and cash management;
• You justify a Bachelor Degree in IT or business administration;
• You show excellent knowledge of modelling tools and MS Office and a strong methodology to analyze problems;
• You are an excellent communicator;
• You have good interpersonal skills, as well as an excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• You have a good understanding of technology and business issues;
• You speak English and French proficiently;
• You have a Swiss Residency.
